THE SECRET BOX

Inspired by the delicate properties of alabaster and a tale associated with the Indian Arsi ring, Katha’s set of Secret boxes have multiple uses and stories to tell. 

Arsi is a mirror embedded in a ring used traditionally by brides in order to sneak a quick glance at their future husbands without looking at them directly. 

Whether it is used to keep one’s personal valuables and smaller accessories or as a small desk mirror - The Secret Box represents a perfect storage piece for precious belongings as well as an intriguing interior and sculptural object.

The sublime and elegant properties of alabaster add further mystery to this poetic piece.
